02/ mother’s altar 2025
During her last hour, we placed several items around her: her Native American dance shawl, sage and sweetgrass, her rosary, and her hawk feather. Remembering all she had accomplished, I pondered the magnitude of those objects. In tribute, these stills echo that transformative experience.
